Social Media & Content Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate, creative and results-driven Social Media and Content Specialist to join our dynamic game development team at Appxplore. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving player engagement and building a strong online community around our games. Your ability to connect with gamers and create resonant content will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:



-Develop and execute social media strategies that foster a vibrant and engaged gaming community.


-Conceptualization and create captivating content (text, images, and videos) with the team that highlights our games' unique features and appeals to our target audience.


-Manage and optimize our social media presence across platforms like Twitch, Discord, X, Instagram, and others that can potentially benefit our games' exposure.


-Collaborate with the game development team to understand our games' lore, mechanics, and target audience.


-Monitor gaming trends and industry news to stay ahead of the curve.


-Organize and participate in community events, tournaments, and giveaways to enhance player engagement.


-Measure and analyze social media performance to track ROI and inform strategy adjustments.

-Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field within the gaming industry.


-Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture.


-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


-Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.


-Experience with the execution of social media platforms and audience engagement optimization.


-Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a big plus.
