Social Media Creator Executive

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team.
This role involves managing our social media presence, engaging with customers, and creating compelling content to drive sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:
Utilize Capcut and Inshot to edit and produce high-quality videos and images.
Take photos and videos of products to showcase on social media platforms.
Social Media Management:
Post daily content on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to engage and grow our audience.
Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Customer Engagement:
Communicate with customers via WhatsApp to provide information, answer queries, and follow up on orders.
Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective customer interaction.
Administration:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Assist in the organization and administration of content and sales data.
Qualifications:Proficiency in using Capcut and Inshot for video editing.
Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently and meet daily content and sales targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
