Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team.

As a Junior Content Creator, you will assist in creating and managing content across various social media platforms, helping to enhance our brand's online presence and engage with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Assist in developing and producing engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and daily posts.
Edit and optimize multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
Social Media Management
Help schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant hashtags, and industry news to incorporate into content strategies.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community and foster brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting
Assist in tracking social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and provide insights to help refine content strategies.
Contribute to the preparation of weekly or monthly reports on social media performance and growth.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve content creation and audience engagement.
Collaboration
Work closely with the graphic design, video production, and copywriting teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
Support in the development of social media marketing campaigns that align with broader marketing goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming projects.
