Job Description
Content Planning Brainstorming : Join content brainstorming sessions to develop posts that resonate with our target audience. Scheduling : Plan and schedule content that aligns with our mission and events. Social Media Management Platform Management : Help manage Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts, focusing on engagement and brand alignment. Content Creation : Create, edit and post engaging reels and content that promote the company's mission, vision, and values. Monitoring : Track social media engagement and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Collaboration Team Alignment : Collaborate with the Admin and Operations team to ensure content reflects our organization's goals. Event Promotion : Assist in promoting events, initiatives, and special content through social media. What We're Looking For
Experience : Experience or coursework in social media management, content creation, or video editing is a plus Bilingual Skills : Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia Platform Familiarity : Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut Responsibility : Highly responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Analytical Insight : Knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and effective strategies for engagement Creative Eye : Creativity with a keen eye for design and storytelling Why Join Us?
