We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to produce engaging and innovative content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to generate fresh ideas, execute high-quality content, and help grow our online presence. Knowledge of TikTok and Xiaohongshu is an added bonus.
Key Responsibilities
-Content Creation: Develop and create both static and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
-Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content strategies and social media campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
-Short Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos/reels, ensuring they are optimized for different social media platforms.
-Social Media Management: Manage daily posts and ensure that all content is on-brand and resonates with our audience.
-Trend Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
-Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics for all content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Editing and Optimization: Edit videos and photos to meet platform-specific standards and ensure high-quality output.
-Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
-Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation or a related role
-Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
-Knowledge of TikTok and Xiaohongshu is a plus
-Strong creative and storytelling skills
-Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, etc)
-Excellent communication and time management skills
-Experience with social media analytics and tools for performance tracking
