We are looking for aSocial Media Creative Executiveto support the senior regional brand manager in developing and overseeing marketing plans, brand launches, managing the existing portfolio of products, and implementing, tracking, and optimizing insight-driven marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibility Area – Social Media & CreativePlan, execute, and manage social media content, calendar, campaigns, and EDM.
Creative conceptualization and strategy for monthly social media content.
Monitor activity on social media platforms, communicate with followers, respond to queries, and monitor customer reviews.
Plan and implement community outreach campaigns to engage with followers.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
Manage website and marketplace content, including copywriting and storefront design.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and implement communication campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
Mandatory Experience and QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor Degree in Art/Design or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
Experience in product photography and video editing is an added advantage.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in content management with excellent writing skills.
