Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Oversees all company social media accounts management
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages, including but not limited to, XHS, Instagram and TikTok
Assists in the development of social media content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Manages and publishes engaging creative content for different social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborates with the marketing team to align content development with marketing campaigns, sales and promotions.
Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
Performs market analysis and research on the latest trends and curates user-generated content, as well as relevant industry news, articles, and trends for sharing on social media.
Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Assists in the compilation and preparation of SEO reports
Performs any other tasks as required by management
Summary of Experience
1 year work experience in marketing, branding, copywriting, communications or social media role.
Strong working knowledge of content creation tools (Editing tools, Canva, social media platforms)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Diploma or degree in mass communications, PR, digital marketing.
Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English proficiency. (Mandarin speaking)
Good organizational skills with ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
Creative, innovative and imaginative.
Graphic design skills are an advantage.
