As a Social Media Executive, you'll collaborate with our creative team, designers, and client-servicing professionals to craft compelling content for various platforms.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Social Media Strategy and Planning:
-Contribute creative input for ideation and strategy.
-Stay updated on content and marketing trends.
-Understand client requirements and develop content plans.
2) Content Creation:
-Create engaging content through images and videos.
-Write captions for social mediax.
-Cover events for the clients and capture content in the form of photographs and videos.
-Create engaging content adhering to brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with designers for visual appeal.
-Manage clients' requests and queries.
3) Posting Monitoring:
-Schedule and post collateral on client accounts.
-Conduct live-posting checks.
4) Community Management:
-Respond to comments, DMs, and PMs within 24 hours.
-Forward inquiries and complaints promptly.
5) Monthly Reporting
-Prepare monthly performance reports.
-Analyse social media metrics for improvement.
-Monitor competitor activity and provide insights.

; Requirements:-
-Degree in communications or a related field.
-2-3 years of social media experience.
-Proficient in social media platforms and management tools.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
