Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and executing social media strategies. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with our audience, crafting compelling content, and driving growth across our social media channels. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support our overall digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management : Develop, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiao Hong Su etc.) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our products/services.
Strategy Implementation : Support the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with business goals. Collaborate on monthly content calendars and execute content accordingly.
Audience Engagement : Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to build and nurture a positive brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs and offer insights to improve engagement and reach.
Brand Voice & Consistency : Ensure all content and messaging align with our brand voice and guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone across platforms.
Campaign Support : Assist with paid social campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Trend Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry news to ensure our social strategy remains fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within lifestyle related industries.
Proficiency in Social Media Platforms : Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Xiao Hong Su, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other emerging platforms.
Analytical Skills : Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to assess and report on campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation Skills : Strong creative skills for visual content creation (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus).
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content and captions.
Organized and Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Adaptability : Ability to pivot quickly based on social trends and business needs.
Language Proficiency : Verbal, reading and writing in English and Mandarin is a must, plus point if you're good in our national language too!
Preferred Qualifications
Graphic Design : Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Paid Social Media Experience : Familiarity with paid social ad management, including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.
Influencer Marketing : Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.
