Content Creation and Management: - Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts.
- Develop engaging email content to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Track campaign performance across all channels and provide insights for optimization.

Community Engagement: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and the riding community.

Social Media Strategy: - Plan and execute social media campaigns to support brand goals, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Identify and leverage trends, hashtags, and current events to maximize engagement.

Meta Ads Management: - Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Set up ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
- Ensure ad creative aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

In-House App Management: - Oversee communication with app users, including sending notifications about promotions, updates, and events.
- Monitor user experience within the app, collect feedback, and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements.
- Analyze app user engagement metrics to drive targeted communications and campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, growth, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve content strategy and achieve KPIs.

Collaboration: - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for campaigns and sponsorships.
