Developing and implementing social media strategy in line with business goals.
Creating and managing content calendars to schedule posts across various platforms.
Monitoring online conversations, tags, trending topics and sentiment related to a brand.
Engaging with users, customers and followers to build online community and brand loyalty.
Working with analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Collaborating with F&B, Rooms and Sales teams to ensure alignment between social media and broader marketing strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising or digital marketing.
Minimum 3 years working experience in an international chain hotel with similar capacity.
