Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends.
Monthly calendar planning, managing and publishing of engaging creative content for different social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Produce engaging visual and written content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Assist in the development of social media content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Source and curate user-generated content, as well as relevant industry news, articles, and trends for sharing on social media.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content development with marketing campaigns, sales, and promotions.
Good knowledge of content creation tools (Editing tools, Canva, social media apps).
Community Management
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Monitor and report on key social media metrics to track the success of content and campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements.
Foster meaningful interactions with our audience to build brand loyalty and trust.
Drive sales through hard or soft selling through live streaming sessions.
Conduct reviews for livestream sessions and summarize sales performance to help enhance sales strategy.
Influencer Management
Maintain and grow existing influencer community of the same vibe and style, aligned with brand vision and belief, and be creative in collaboratively expressing together. Build relationships with influencers through activities.
Monitor, analyze and report social media post-performance based on metrics set by the company.
Analyze industry and competitor trends to propose new digital content.
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Explore fresh concepts for content curation and be receptive to new approaches.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with diverse teams, including creative and e-commerce, to foster a collaborative environment to drive successful campaigns.
Be creative in brainstorming sessions, sharing work progress with team members to ensure the best results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Journalism/Creative Arts or any related field.
2-3 years of experience in content creation and managing social media platforms.
Selected Applicants will work at Subang U5.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Proven track record of developing and executing social media platforms.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Have interest in Automotive/Hobby category (Car care, lubricant, bike, fishing, etc).
