Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
The Self-Media Promotion Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and brand awareness across key social media platforms, such as XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book), Instagram, and other relevant digital channels. This role requires the development and execution of creative digital marketing strategies, content creation, and managing social media accounts to engage with potential customers and audiences. Additionally, the specialist will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent through online channels to support the company's recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies on platforms like XiaoHongShu, Instagram, and others to promote the company's services and strengthen brand visibility.
Identify trends and insights in the digital space, adjusting strategies to maximize audience engagement and reach.
Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, brand mentions, and relevant conversations to foster timely engagement.
Content Creation & Management:
Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content (written, visual, and video) for social media platforms that resonate with the target audience.
Design engaging posts, stories, and ads, ensuring that the content aligns with the company's tone, messaging, and marketing objectives.
Curate content calendars and ensure timely and consistent posting to maintain a strong brand presence online.
Campaign Development & Performance Analysis:
Plan, execute, and monitor online promotional campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, driving traffic, and generating leads.
Use analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, assess their impact, and identify areas for improvement to optimize future strategies.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Engage with followers and users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Cultivate and expand the social media community to increase brand loyalty, user-generated content, and overall interaction.
Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and advocates to amplify brand awareness.
Recruitment Support & Talent Attraction:
Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to utilize social media platforms for talent acquisition, targeting potential candidates who align with the company's values and needs.
Promote employer branding initiatives on social platforms to attract qualified talent, enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, and expand the recruitment pipeline.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze key metrics from social media campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, conversions, and follower growth.
Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media activities and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Proven experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or related fields. Previous experience managing accounts on XiaoHongShu, Instagram, or other social platforms is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar software.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
