Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
Create and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others, specifically tailored for cosmetics and skincare beauty brands.
Strategically plan and organize the social media content calendar in advance, aligning with current trends and seasonal themes to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee all aspects of the company's social media channels, from content ideation and planning to creation, shooting, video editing, scheduling posts, and performance analysis.
Foster community growth and brand loyalty by actively engaging with the audience through timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Identify and coordinate with suitable models for beauty product content shooting, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimize strategies.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies, implementing them effectively to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Track online conversations and consumer feedback, including competitor activities, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the creative team, providing creative insights and compelling storytelling to enhance the content shooting and editing process.
Evaluate social media presence, including advertising spend and consumer feedback, to compile monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Any other tasks as assigned by the superior/company.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media pages for cosmetics and skincare beauty brands.
Proficiency inEnglish and Bahasa Melayu .
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in managing accounts on various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google+, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Knowledge of professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus point.#J-18808-Ljbffr
