Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including posting and scheduling.
Monitor social media trends, analytics, and metrics to optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster strong community engagement.
Execute social media advertising campaigns, including boosting posts and ad management.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to improve performance.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and account management.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software.
Familiarity with social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and error-free content.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and details.
Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing is an added advantage.
