Job Description:
Write caption, edit & publish engaging content (pics & videos) for Instagram Story, Reels & TikTok aligned with brand identity.
Interact with audience & respond to questions & comments on our social media pages in a timely & accurate manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles & product releases).
Track & report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
Have experience handling KOL.
Compile customer reviews for content material.
Requirements:
Experience in handling social media & content writing/copywriting.
Experience working at a creative agency or beauty company.
Fluent in Melayu & English, with proven experience in creating English copy/content writings.
Up to date with the trend especially in Malaysia, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers.
Comfortable being in front of a camera.
Skilled in simple video-editing (Capcut / VN).
Willing to work remotely.
