Content Planning: Prepare creative content ideas that speaks to the heart of the target audience. Copywriting: Write persuasive and on-brand copy for posts and captions that resonate with the target audience. Content Creation: Work in tandem with the design team to produce compelling ad creatives. Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and XHS, ensuring timely and consistent posting. Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Lead (CPL) Campaign Analysis: Utilize Meta Ad Manager to closely monitor campaign performance, gather data, and derive actionable insights to continually refine and improve campaign strategies Performance Report: Prepare regular reports and insights to client on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS Client Management: Liaise with clients and coordinate with the internal team to ensure clients' goals are achieved Personal Development: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media tools to keep your strategies cutting-edge.
Who?are?they?looking?for? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Advertising or any related field At least ONE (1) year experience in managing Facebook Ads campaign with a track record of driving results Must be proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu will be added advantage In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and targeting options Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager Strong marketing sense is needed to stay alert to the latest market trends Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving ability
