Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content, interacting with followers, and using analytics to improve our digital outreach. You will collaborate with our marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure that our online voice reflects the brand identity and achieves business goals. 
 
Qualifications:



-Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a portfolio of successful campaigns.


-In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.


-Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).


-Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand voice.


-Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation platforms.


-Ability to develop social media strategies that meet business goals and drive engagement.


-Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.


-Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:



-Experience in video content creation (e.g., TikTok, Reels) and multimedia production.


-Familiarity with running social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).


-Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.


-Experience with content planning and social listening tools.0

Key Responsibilities:



-Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.


-Create, curate, and manage original high-quality content (both text and visual) that resonates with our target audience.


-Monitor social media platforms to engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.


-Analyze data to measure success, track key metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports.


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.


-Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to apply them to the brand's presence.


-Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and optimization for performance.


-Identify and engage with relevant influencers and partnerships for collaboration opportunities.


-Develop content calendars and ensure timely publication of all posts.
