-Create consistent social media content plans that reflect brand identity and craft social media posts across platforms to boost engagements.
-Efficiently manage social media campaign and high volume of daily social media posts.
-Compile monthly reports detailing social media marketing efforts.
-Provide recommendations to refine the social media marketing strategy for maximum effectiveness.
-Skilled in utilizing tools like Facebook Insights to interpret social media analytics, simplifying complex data for non-technical users, and optimizing brand performance.
-Staying updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
-Collaborate closely with internal team members and external parties such as designers, writers, video teams, and media publishers to ensure smooth project execution.

-At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in a social media/content/digital marketing/ advertising/ marketing related field.
-Great at communicating and confident in presentations.
Able to pitch ideas to clients, brief and discuss with internal team members.
-Strong time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders with shifting priorities.
-Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, meticulous and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and workflow.
-Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be a bonus.
-Versatile in working independently and cooperatively within team dynamics.
-Proven track record in managing social media campaigns and growing a brand with storytelling.
