Job Description: As a Social Media Specialist at Calian Tech, working on the U Series of Poker brand, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels. You will create engaging content, develop strategies to increase brand awareness, and interact with our audience to build a vibrant online community. Your role will be crucial in promoting our poker events and ensuring that our brand remains a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop, create, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to optimize strategies.Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote poker tournaments, events, and other brand-related activities.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our strategies are cutting-edge.Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands to enhance our social media presence. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.Willing to traveling abroad for work (with travelling allowance). Travel overseas 4 to 5 times a year - around 15 to 20 days each time).Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.Excellent writing and communication skills.Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.A strong understanding of poker and the poker community will be a significant advantage.
