Looking for a qualified, creative, and proactive Social Media Strategist to join our JD marketing team. He/She will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, targets, and performance metrics in line with the brand and company strategy.
The individual will be managing all content and campaigns to sustain engaging audience experience and express the company's vision clearly and creatively on all social media channels. The strategist will also be responsible for maintaining our brand consistency digitally. He/She will be working closely with our marketing and creative team to create and implement social media strategies in line with our branded content.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging, creative, innovative social media content for regularly scheduled posts with the objective to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and oversee social media content independently from conceptualization, development, and visualize content from big picture initiatives all the way to end-user acceptance.
Promote content through social advertising.
Track the success of our social media campaigns, including the use of our tools and systems.
Propose improvements and provide actionable insights that can impact short/long term strategy.
Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as multichannel, creative, external parties, and beyond.
Train internal teams on social media strategy to maintain a cohesive brand strategy across social media.
RequirementsMin 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
Bonus with a creative background and strong passion for social media.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and other social media best practices with hands-on experience.
Able to work independently but also a team player to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Good understanding of all social media KPIs.
