Job DescriptionContent Planning and Topic Selection:
Plan content topics aligned with platform characteristics based on audience needs and trending topics.
Develop short-term and long-term content strategies.
Content Creation:
Write high-quality original articles, scripts, or copywriting.
Produce multimedia content, including short videos, graphics, and audio formats.
Continuously generate creative ideas to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
Platform Management and Publishing:
Manage content publishing on major social media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Accounts, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili).
Regularly update account activities to enhance platform engagement.
User Interaction and Community Operations:
Respond promptly to fan comments and direct messages to engage with the audience.
Maintain fan communities, organize fan activities, and increase user loyalty.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Regularly analyze content performance metrics (e.g., views, plays, likes, shares).
Adjust content strategies and operational methods based on data feedback.
Brand Collaboration and Promotion:
Negotiate with brands for collaboration and create promotional content.
Plan ad placements ensuring seamless integration with content.
Content Quality Control:
Ensure content complies with platform rules and aligns with brand positioning, avoiding copyright or sensitive issues.
Maintain consistent visual and linguistic styles.
Coordination with China Headquarters:
Collaborate with the headquarters branding department and complete assigned tasks.
Job RequirementsProficient in reading and writing Chinese, English, and Malay.
Majors in journalism, advertising, or new media operations are preferred.
Experience in social media operations or related content creation is preferred.
Familiarity with the content creation process and characteristics of major platforms.
Strong writing skills and robust content planning capabilities.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut) and image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Creative and capable of consistently producing high-quality content.
