Social Media Team Lead

-Oversee daily operations of the social media team. 


-Coordinate tasks among content creators, designers, and video editors. 


-Develop and implement action plans for client projects. 


-Provide guidance, support, and training to team members. 


-Lead strategy development and ideation for managed accounts. 


-Understand client requirements and create comprehensive content plans. 


-Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and generate innovative ideas. 


-Prepare and review creative briefs and flowcharts. 


-Supervise content creation across social media, websites, emails, and blogs. 


-Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables. 


-Review and approve event plans and shooting schedules. 


-Ensure all visuals and videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
