Job DescriptionYOUR ROLE
You will work closely with the key management team to set up and oversee the Groupe's social studio capability, bringing together the right talent and implementing a strategic business plan and effective operating model to enable us to meet the evolving social content demands and bring in new business opportunities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up the Groupe's Social Production Capability
This will include identifying the right talent, operating processes, and frameworks for us to effectively deliver on social content requirements.
Strategic Social Content Oversight
Guide and work with social teams to conceptualise and execute on best practice social video content for current and emerging social platforms.
Drive Social Commerce as a New Vertical
Work with social director, social creative lead and other key stakeholders to strategically drive the set up and implementation of social commerce from content strategy to influencer engagement and livestreaming capabilities; also looking at how we can upsell this capability to existing clients and bring in new business.
Drive Adoption & Excellent Implementation of TikTok as an Always-On Brand Channel
With brands coming to us to set up their TikTok channels, look at ways we can build their channels from infancy, providing channel expertise consultancy, and working with teams to create the right content that is native to the platform yet still hits brand messaging objectives.
New Business Development
Work closely with the social director to identify new business opportunities, and how we can package our offerings to bring these in.
Qualifications8-10 years in social, content and production space
Demonstrated capability in building out a content team and seeing success with content strategy
Good personal network of content creators
Good people-leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring younger team members
Team player and collaborative mindset; being able to work with different stakeholders across a complex environment and manage expectations
Great communication and presentation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
