Job Description
Two years' plus experience building cloud services, distributed systems, big data systems.
Strong passion for AI/ML and a deep understanding of its principles.
Experience with machine learning frameworks as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
Proficiency in implementing RAG techniques.
Understanding of data privacy and security best practices in AI/ML applications.
Proficiency in distributed computing principles.
Hands-on experience in utilizing compute at scale platform, tools and languages.
Processing, In-Memory Computing, Lambda Architecture, Bedrock, Sagemaker and other AWS architecture.
Experience utilizing PostgreSQL, Vector and In-memory databases.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
BS Degree in Computer Sciences (or related technical degree with industry experience).
Responsible for supporting the system lifecycle & roadmap for the AWS modules for Digital Contact Centre.
Design, develop and execute test cases based on user stories. Raise a simple but comprehensive bug to report failed tests.
Develop new or enhance current modules into working products by collaborating with back-end programmer and UI designer.
Producing blog posts, articles, content for landing pages, product descriptions, content for social media and our corporate website.
Liaise and coordinate with management and partners. Manages Secretariat as Office Manager.
Support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email.
