Responsibilities we entrust you with:
As Mobile Software Engineer (Android), you will::
? Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
? Work with outside data sources and APIs
? Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
? Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
? Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise
development efficiency
? Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to help plan the work
ahead.
What matters in this role.
1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
2. Proven software development experience and Android skills development
3. Proven working experience in Android app development and
4. Have published at least one original Android app
5. Experience with Strong OOP
6. Experience with Java and Kotlin
7. Experience with Android SDK
8. Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
9. Experience with third-party libraries (Coroutine, Rxjava, Data Binding, Dependency
Injection, Networking, Image Processing) and APIs
10. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures (MVVM or
VIPER), trends, and emerging technologies
11. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
12. Experience with versioning tools such as Gitlab, Github
13. Experience with CI / CD
14. Experience with Unit Test libraries (Espresso, Mockito) is an advantage
15. Working in Software Development Life Cycle environment such as agile or scrum is
an advantage
16. Experience with payment gateway is an advantage
17. Experience in Huawei Mobile Service is an advantage
