Job Description
-Develops information systems by design, develop, and installing software solutions.
-Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
-Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
-Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
-React to problems and correcting the system and application as necessary.
-Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with clients and internal team.
-Produce documentations such as user manual, installation manual, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
-Deliver high-quality work on schedule.
-Assigned various features to develop by the CTO, for which you will be responsible, in association with your Project Manager.
-Additional duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the departmental manager
-Establishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connections; troubleshooting network problems.

Skills and Qualifications
-Experienced in C# / Java / Javascript / PHP / HTML5 development is a must.
-Others programming languages are value added.
-Familiar with Windows Server and Linux based operating systems.
-Familiar with either Windows SQL Server and MYSQL.
-Experienced in web/mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, information retrieval, networking, or systems/security software development.
-Good knowledge in Object Oriented and difference of server/client programming.
-Have a well understanding on general software development cycle.
-Good communication skill.
-Must be eager to learn, flexible, open minded, team player, and independent.
-Able to work closely with internal / external party to achieve company goals.
