Software Project Executive

SOFTWARE PROJECT EXECUTIVE SALARY : RM 3,600  - RM 5,000 RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to Manager / Senior Project Executive, Project Management.Assist in planning, managing, and executing projects from beginning to end.Assist in creating a project scope, estimating costs, and making sure the project stays on budget.Assist Project Manager in monitoring time management and ensuring time is tracked on all projects.Adjust schedules and targets for the project as the project's needs or financing change.Identifying, anticipating, and removing potential roadblocks in any given project.Communicating the project plan internally and with the client(s).Constant communicating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure stakeholders are kept appropriately up to date.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in information technology.Experience with project management theory and best practices is preferable.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate shifting priorities in a project.Resourceful self-starter.Proficient communication skills.Proficient command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.Candidate must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.Salary commensurate with working experience*** Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
