Software Qa Senior Engineer

The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Engineer is responsible for performing tasks requiring planning, scheduling and testing to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. Communicates with developers and other technical specialists on product issues, creates test documents/programs from the plans and scripts created as well as suggest solutions for identified quality issues.
Key Responsibilities Create comprehensive tests to identify software problems and defects.Analyze bugs and errors discovered during testing and provide detailed reports to the software development team.Document test results and collaborate with the development team to address identified issues.Recommend improvements to the software to enhance the user experience.Drive the development process to ensure efficiency and performance.Collaborate closely with software developers to enhance and improve program functionalities. Qualifications / Skills Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant majorsAt least 3 years of relevant working experience in commercial software project environment.Proficient in computer technology and programming languages.Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.Good amount of understanding in JavaScript, Java, SQL, and XML.Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to testing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiar with White Box, Grey Box, and Black Box testing methodologies.Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English (speak/write/ read) as this role will deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
