Software Technical Manager

We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South, Selangor.
This is a full time perm role with the product company.
Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical team in completing the tasks given from initiation to  completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Work closely with project manager in providing technical guidance and support.
Understand and communicate complex technical concepts and requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in ICT and digital transformation.
Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Stack Web & Apps Developer or similar role.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Required Skill(s): PHP?MYSQL?APACHE?MEMCACHE?LINUX?NGINX?REDIS?LARAVEL and SWOOLE Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.
Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software.
Organisational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish.
Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully.
