Solar Project Business Development Manager

To plan and develop a new market for Utility Solar (Large Scale Solar/PPA). Understand the key accounts/clients within the company's prospects and build a relationship with the key decision-makers relating to the project.- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual analyses in order to manage performance levels of sales against market development and company objectives.- The incumbent shall be responsible for the company's commercial and marketing campaigns besides promoting Solar EPCC engineering projects and project ownership.- Customer evaluation to define customer's value. Develop customer strategies that support account growth.- Uses high level judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, market, sales processes, campaigns, customers and competitors.- Interprets simple internal and external business encounters and recommends best practices for improvement.- Stay informed of industry policies, market trend and information, customer requirements, customer base and competitor actions.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Solar PV: 7 years (preferred)- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
