Solution Architect

The Solutions Architect and Design is responsible for the overall design of the application (SCADA, DMS, EMS, ETRM, APM and EAM) and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
Your responsibilities:
Design and lead the implementation of an architecture based on business requirements and IT/OT strategies.
Rectify gaps and pain points within the current state.
Contribute to the development of software and data delivery platforms with reusable components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Provide guidance on the application of emerging technologies to improve IT/OT efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with project management to ensure alignment of plans with delivery.
Develop comprehensive documentation for the architecture and system design.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to software development teams.
Lead post-implementation reviews and feedback loops to refine and enhance solution offerings.
Champion the value proposition of solutions through presentations and discussions with stakeholders.

Your background:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on asset management solutions in the energy sector.
Expertise in SCADA, DMS, EMS, and MMS.
Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale solutions in asset-intensive industries.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams.
