Solution Engineer

Support the salesperson with deep technical knowledge to find the right solution for the customer.
Especially in case of a non-typically design request, it is important to clarify and discuss the real needs and to transfer the input in a high-level quality to the engineering team GAC.
Work as the general contact for technical and detailed questions from the beginning of the request until the after-sales once the products are running in the field.
Prepare the complete package of drawing (Mechanical and Electrical) for the production.
Pre-engineering of potential design.
Managing and handling of technical complaints.
Support the customer with overall support (logistics, cross-selling products…)
Verification and validation of prototypes (first serial sample).
Internal project coordination.

Working rights required for this role.
