About you:
As a Solution Licensing Specialist, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the licensing agreements between Access and its customers. Your role is to ensure that the appropriate licenses checks are completed for the software being used, and that all contractual requirements are aligned to the licence held. The Solution Licensing Specialist is also responsible for driving sales qualified leads for the Commercial Managers to validate and progress as compliance sales opportunities, responding to change requests, all queries relating to Direct Compliance, capacity orders, non-accretive revenue related contract changes, audit scheduling and customer data cleansing tasks.
Solution Licensing Specialists must also have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. They are responsible for many customer interactions and are a key component in driving the success of the compliance pipeline, providing functional efficiencies and first-class customer interactions for capacity bookings. This requires a high level of precision and accuracy to prevent revenue leakage and unnecessary customer dissatisfaction when incorrect excess use claims are made.
Overall, the role of a Solution Licensing Specialist is critical in ensuring that our customers have the correct licence thresholds in place to use Access' solutions in a compliant manner. They play a vital role in protecting the intellectual property of Access and the missed revenue associated with non-compliant use of Access's IP.
Day-to-day, you will:
Direct Compliance Queries.
Licence Change Requests - Initial Review, Opportunity Creation and Initial Notice.
Non-Revenue Related Contract Variations.
Submission of paperwork for Capacity Sales for Signature.
Data Review and Creation of Opportunities/Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
Creation of Bundles for Commercial Managers for events of Insolvency.
TrueSight Opportunity Validation.
Contract data cleansing (Contract & Billing).
Additional support as required.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Enthusiasm in busy periods and ability to step up/work in a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Proficiency in English verbal and written. Communication is key in this role.
Strong work ethic.
Confident and pro-active with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, taking ownership and effectively prioritizing own workload.
Some experience using Salesforce or a similar system.
Critical thinking with the ability to analyze data and identify the root cause of issues.
