Mission Statement
The Hub Sales Manager is responsible to grow the sales of Grid Automation and Communication portfolio within the APAC region by driving the sales organization marketing and sales teams and leading the implementation of the Hub Business Unit strategies in different segments. The Grid Automation and Communication portfolio covers a wide range of solutions of AutomationProtection and Controlacross three types of offers: Systems, Products, and Services, applicable to a large number of segments including Power, Transmission & Distribution, other utilities, Transportation, Renewables, and large industrial customers.
Your responsibilities:
You will deliver orders in accordance with budget and fulfill the mix of System Sales and Product sales within the region HUB APAC, ensuring the expected level of profitability. Grow Automation and Communication business within the region by analyzing the best profitable potentials, focusing on white spots, new segments, new customers, and new channels, leveraging local Sales organization and a network of Distributors and Channel Partners, anticipating changes in Technology and launching new Products and solutions.
You will lead the Local Sales Units with technical and commercial expertise to sell their Automation and Communication offering, consolidate leads, opportunities, initiatives, orders intake, and all other sales KPIs related to AC business in the region. Shape Global Product Group needs and new requirements to be homologated, qualified, or considered in the region, ensuring these requirements are planned in the product R&D Roadmap.
You will prepare AC sales plans using company tools, perform regular status reviews, and propose recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls while leading direct negotiations.
You will ensure the most competitive offer considering market and customer conditions, identifying go-to-market approaches for segments and countries (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) to better serve the customer.
You will act as a communication channel for Global product groups to bring feedback and lessons learned to the APAC HUB.
You will support bid/no bid analyses and decisions, participate in and lead project risk review processes, and maintain direct relations with customers, Channel partners, Distributors, Potential Third-Party suppliers, MKT teams, account managers, Bid and Proposal teams, Global Product Group, and Country and Regional management.
You will lead, drive, and hold yourself accountable for the highest standards of health, safety, and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved. You are responsible for compliance with relevant HSE policy and procedures, ensuring proactive risk assessments take place and corrective actions are monitored and followed up. Build a culture of injury, incident, near miss, and hazard reporting within the team, guaranteeing reported incidents will be investigated and action taken, creating a workplace where everyone views health, safety, and environment as the most important non-negotiable value of your business.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree and possess Sales management skills.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Leadership skills to manage direct reports and all indirect reports in a matrix organization.
Experience across the Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D, or Power Systems projects, especially in Substation Automation & Communication is an advantage.
Awareness of industry Quality standards, Six Sigma, and Continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
Ability to express opinions and work with multiple stakeholders and positions.
Good written and verbal English communication skills, with high attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
