The Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for providing presales technical expertise to the Sales Teams and Clients during the sales process, specializing in a specific IT service or solutions depending on which team they are under, Managed Print Services, IT Expert Services or IT Solutions.
Working closely with the Key Account Manager, this individual will uncover customer requirements and create solutions for clients to achieve company's revenue.
Responsibilities: Deliver and achieve sales targets and assigned KPI in IT services (software/hardware or Managed Services) or solution sales.Develop business opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on potential sales prospects.Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to uncover, qualify and propose technology services opportunities and solutions.Conduct preparation of sales pitch, presentation, proposals / bids, contract negotiation and compliance with deal governance process, contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers.Engage in client executives' relationship (C-Level) and understanding of the client business drivers to develop win themes, FBMY product offerings and appropriate pricing and execution models to help the team win deals. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or any relevant field.Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant industry, preferably IT related.Strong understanding of IT concepts and infrastructureExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.Skilled in understanding customer needs and articulating them back to the Technical and Service Delivery TeamsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre-sales.Willing to travel outstation during internal & external events. *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
