Amongst the significant programs of work undertaken in recent years is the roll out of the Malaysia Geospatial Data Infrastructure, the JUPEM mapping modernization project and the Defence Geospatial Information System project.Esri Malaysia currently employs professionals from a range of disciplines including GIS, remote sensing, geography, information technology, environmental science, software development and surveying.Equipped with a premium product and unique understanding of the ArcGIS platform, we deliver commercially responsible solutions that solve real-world problems.Responsibilities:-Contribute to project implementation, training and technical support.Contribute to software application development leveraging on a strong GIS software platform.Contribute to end-user technical support and technology seminars/exhibitions.Implement Esri software and provide technical consulting and support to clients.Contribute to successful and profitable project outcomes, whilst ensuring client satisfaction.Contribute to a positive work environment to attract and retain Professional Services staff to support the growth of Esri Malaysia.Promote the core values of Esri Malaysia.Contribute to software application development leveraging on a strong GIS software platform.Contribute to end-user technical support and technology seminar/conferences.To be able to carry out database design and data modeling tasks for both object and relational spatial databases.Requirements:-Degree in Geographical Information System/Geomatic/Town Planning or a related disciplineWorking experience of at least 5 years, with a minimum of 3 years working experience using or processing Satellite Image/Aerial Photo/LiDAR/SAR/UAV data.Strong knowledge in following areas: *Raster image analysis *Image change detection *Image classification *Image enhancement *Automated Feature extractionFamiliar with Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence A.I.) workflows Able to work well within a team and independently.Knowledge in Image Cataloging using RDBMS will be an added advantage.Able to work well within a team and independently.Able to work well under pressure while maintaining quality.Possess good communication skills.
