DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAbout the role
The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks/cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey. This role will report to the Technical Manager.
As the Solutions Engineer, you will:Support calls for L2 troubleshooting
Handle Project Kick off Meeting
Mounting/Relocation of cybersecurity equipment
Configuration of cybersecurity equipment
Migration of cybersecurity equipment
User Acceptance Test
Draft documentation for project
Proactively manage customer's expectations
Knowledge Transfer to the partners or end users
Involve in the Vendor Training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEAbout you
The ideal Solutions Engineer:
ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in multitasking and capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment
Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations
