Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in sourcing and purchasing activities, e.g., sourcing, selection & negotiations with suppliers to constantly strive for the best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability, and service.
Implement new sourcing strategies that bring long-term and sustainable results on activities and projects.
Ensure sourcing is done according to purchasing policy and SOP.
Advise and propose solutions and plans for cost reduction strategies in procurement.
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.
Interface with suppliers and customers to secure both delivery and the best market price.
Execute and support purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately.
Responsible for checking the new or revised artwork.
Maintain proper document control and filing system.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Able to work in a team.
Preferably Mandarin Speaking (to liaise with China suppliers).
