Manage a team of procurement specialists, allocating resources effectively, supporting peaks in workload, and ensuring team development through recruitment, training, and upskilling.
Oversee procurement operations, including data analysis, RFx activities, contract management, supplier maintenance, and policy documentation to ensure consistent procurement practices.
The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, IT, Finance) with 5-10+ years of procurement experience and 3+ years managing direct reports.
Proven experience in leading strategic sourcing projects across multiple categories and countries, with strong financial and commercial skills.
Skilled in team leadership, resource allocation, and building team capabilities through training and empowerment.
Expertise in process optimisation, continuous improvement, IT systems, and process mapping for procurement efficiency.
Accountable for delivering procurement metrics, driving value creation, simplifying processes, and ensuring best-practice procurement standards.
