Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities:
Foundry, OSAT, IP, EDA suppliers research, evaluation, selection; managing existing suppliers.
RFQ, negotiation, risk assessment, establishment of contracts and follow-up.
Work with Product Team, Package Solution Team, and suppliers to identify quality improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
Continuously improve work/system processes to enhance efficiency.
Manage allocation between suppliers based on pricing, performance, cycle time, and other factors.
Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
More than 5 years of sourcing experience in the IC industry.
International and multicultural experience, fluent in English and Mandarin.
Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
Understanding of sourcing and supply procedures, good communication skills, and strong cost awareness.
Knowledge of the IC production process will be preferred.
Experience dealing with Foundry, assembly/test, or IP/EDA vendors.
