Sourcing Officer Job Description Review all data in entire BOM & responsible to source materials / components per MPN, Manufacturer, Description & DrawingsPrepare quote package & monitor RFQ through process & documenting all concerns, discrepancies & issuesManage all supplier in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral & legal standardsTo plan, source & develop new potential vendors at the competitive price, quality & lead timeManaging& coordinate vendor selection and qualification & conducting vendor auditManage vendor performance, consolidate & maintain all suppliers performance & indicatorsMaintain product price list, approved Vendor master list & Contract AgreementsEmbark on cost reduction activities & participate in regular cost saving programCoordinate interaction between the section in the Material department & all other department & subsidiary of equipment group.Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in Material/Supply Management or SPM with minimum 5 years of experience in Material/Supply ManagementPreferable with Material/Supply Management in a manufacturing environmentGood negotiation skills Able to work in fast paced environment It is an advantage if able to read, write and speak Mandarin
