Sourcing & Tendering Executive

We are seeking a sourcing executive who will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The scope of the work includes**Supplier Identification and Evaluation**:- Research and identify potential suppliers, both locally and globally.**Negotiation**:- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms**Cost Analysis and Budgeting**:- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.**Vendor Relationship Management**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.**Market Research**:- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and changes in regulations that may impact sourcing strategies.**Risk Management**:- Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain.**Sourcing Strategy Development**:- Collaborate with other department/ teams to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.**Data Management**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, contracts, and performance metrics.**Compliance**:- Stay informed about industry best practices and compliance standards.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, or a related field. _Fresh graduates with interest are encouraged to apply_- At least 1 year procurement or sourcing experience, or in a similar role.- Good negotiation skills.- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.**Reporting Structure**: The Sourcing Executive reports to the Tender ManagerPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
