Job Description
Manages, controls, operates, and supervises the kitchen staff and area assigned to him, under the direct guidance and instructions of the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine within the guidelines, policies & procedures of the Hotel.
Ensures the standards set by the Hotel are met at all times, whilst reducing wastage and controlling costs.
