-Welcome walk-ins, attend and guide guest accordingly


-Explain the services that we provide


-Collect payment and make a record for all the sale made


-Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries


-Monitor social media channels by interacting with users and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments.


-Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, rooms and reception.


-Possibly managing outlets supplies and equipment usage such as stationery and stock


-Monitor staff comply with sop and other customer service


-Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

-Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent.


-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


-Good communication skill


-Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu, can speak Mandarin and Cantonese as an added advantage


-Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance


-Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative and willing to learn
