About the roleAre you a passionate Spa Therapist looking to join a leading wellness destination? Tarasari Spa & Wellness' is seeking a full-time Spa Therapist to join our talented team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and providing a transformative experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Providing a range of relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and more
Ensuring each guest receives individualised attention and a personalised service
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa treatment rooms
Adhering to all safety and operational procedures
Providing recommendations to guests on treatments and products
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we're looking for
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar role
Knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality treatments
Passion for the health and wellness industry
A professional and friendly demeanour
Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field
