Space Planning Executive (Planogram)

Create, update and prepare layout plans that most effectively employs the space in KK Supermart stores.**Job Responsibilities: -**- Propose, update and maintain planograms for all categories to ensure sales, profit and inventory level are being maximised.- To determine positioning and space allocation according to sales and profit generation.- To merchandise new store and refurbished stores within the time frame.- Liaise and coordinate in transferring and ordering stocks for new and refurbish stores.- Visit stores to ensure shelves are updated according to planograms.- Communicate and update the changes of planograms when applicable.- Provide training on planograms, space management and category management to staff at store.- Assist in generating necessary reports for sales review by category / store and provide recommendations.- Conduct market research on market sales trend with external parties / market research companies.**Job Requirement: -**- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a good team player.- Knowledgeable in using **Spaceman software**.- Possess own transport and willing to travel.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in Spaceman Software?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Planogram: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
