DescriptionPrimary Objective:Data management - to cater for Nationwide Balance Score Card (BSC) tracker performance need.Design and develop Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) tracking templates.Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) monitoring & tracking for sales positions under GRD.Coaching session monitoring & tracking for non-sales positions under GRD.End to end process for Performance Improvement Programme. Key Responsibilities:Data management - extract raw data from system, tabulate it into the respective working files to cater for Nationwide Balance Score Card (BSC) tracker performance need.Design and develop Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) tracking templates.Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) monitoring & tracking for sales positions under GRD.Coaching session monitoring & tracking for non-sales positions under GRD.End to end process for Performance Improvement Programme which incl. preparing coaching / PIP template, issuing Notification / Warning Letters, following up with regions on status & submissions, analysis of gaps etc RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - . Degree & above. - .
