Description Primary Objective: Execution of Tool/System Utilization for Operation ExcellenceExecution of Spend Analytics for Cost Optimization and SLA Metrics ImprovementExecution of Dashboard Visualization through IBM Cognos ToolExecution of Project Management through Digitalization Quest ProjectKey Responsibilities: Assist Department Head to plan & implement the following: -Core responsible in develop BI Dashboard by visualizing department performance metricsOptimize BI platform (Power BI or IBM Cognos) by determining how best to use existing data analytics, architecture, and technology, and where to make improvementsAnalyze and integrate different sources of data into business insights and translate into recommended business actionsPerform in-depth Spend Analysis for cost optimization and category management based on monthly spend reportAssist to measure operation excellence achievements in line with digitalization initiatives.
Assist in process refinement and system improvement through digitalization quest projectsAssist in preparing functional analytics roadmaps focused around enhancing capabilities, delivering supply value creation and integration into daily processesSupport for researching new trends in the industry and utilizing up-to-date technology and analytical skills to support RFI/RFP projectsAssist in tracking project status and close actions gap/discrepancies by follow up with respective stakeholder requirements Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Business Administration/Finance.
