Are you a passionate and dedicated special education teacher? We are seeking experienced special education teachers to join our dynamic team at P.K Lee Pacific Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and empowering students with diverse learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.
What you'll be doing Plan and conduct teaching activities in small group or 1:1 basisMonitor, assess and record individual students' learning progress and development.Develop Individualized Education Plan of students , implement and monitor the strategies to enable student to meet their goals.Work with Speech Therapists / Occupational Therapists / Clinical Psychologists / Counsellors to define necessary activities for students in relation to the curriculum.Preparation of teaching materials/teaching aids, progress report, lesson plan and home learning materials.Participate in parents meetings and department meetings.What we're looking for Relevant teaching qualifications in special education or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address the unique challenges faced by studentsPassion for making a difference in the lives of students and a commitment to inclusive educationAbility to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the school
